About CPL

A contract development and manufacturing organization

Founded in 1991, CPL started with just a few employees in one facility with a handful of clients and a clear goal: To be the very best CDMO in the non-sterile liquid and semi-solid contract manufacturing market. Today, we have 325 employees and a corporate park with two modern facilities that house our analytical labs, manufacturing suites, and warehouses. We work with 15 of the top 20 pharmaceutical companies globally. And over the years, all of them have placed multiple products with us.

How did we do it? We decided to focus solely on non-sterile liquids and semi-solid dosage forms, and everything else followed.

Buildings and equipment don’t define us.

Instead, we work by these principles:

  • Culture is our foundation built upon our core values of Excellence, Rigor, Ownership, Integrity, and Agility.
  • Our facilities are safe, environmentally responsible places to work
  • Quality is pervasive – a way of life
  • We create partnerships that make it easy for stakeholders to do business with us

Management team.
