CPL today announced the appointment of Greg Tayler, CPA, CA, as Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately.

Greg brings extensive financial and operational leadership experience within global public companies and private equity–backed organizations. He has held several senior executive roles at Xerox Corporation, as well as CFO and finance leadership positions within private equity–owned companies, where he supported growth, transformation initiatives, and value creation through disciplined financial management.

As CFO, Greg will lead CPL’s finance, accounting, and budgeting functions, with a focus on capital allocation, financial governance, performance management, and support for scalable growth. He will work closely with the executive leadership team and Board of Directors to advance CPL’s long-term strategic objectives.

“Greg’s extensive background in both public company environments and private equity–held businesses brings a strong combination of financial rigor, operational insight, and strategic perspective,” said Jan Sahai, Chief Executive Officer of CPL. “His experience will be instrumental as we continue to execute on our growth strategy and invest in expanding our CDMO capabilities.”

Greg’s appointment further strengthens CPL’s leadership team as the company continues to grow its non-sterile liquids and semi-solids development and commercial manufacturing platform, supporting pharmaceutical and consumer health customers globally.
